The Obaiken packaging system is more profitable than other current methods that include the transport and storage of empty packs.  The individual parts of the Obaiken pack can be sent unassembled so that they can be put together at the destination.  In this way the transportation of empty boxes is eliminated.

Simplified processes

The system is based on a single pack during the whole process.  A single pack that covers the needs of both primary and secondary packaging, reducing the need for additional packaging support.  In this way, processes can be simplified and costs optimized.

The assembly machine that puts together the Obeikan boxes is simple and easy to use.  It takes the different box parts and transforms them into stackable boxes.  The machine can be installed in your own fruit packaging operation.  You won't have to make space to store empty boxes, you can create boxes as you need them on demand.

How do we reduce transport costs?

The Obeikan MDF packaging system allows the production of the packs at our factories and the assembly of the box in the customer's own supply chain.  As a consequence, the transport costs are lowered as the boxes are sent unassembled.  The assembly machine is small - for example, the assembly machine for the pack SE30-04-02 measures 1.6m x 1.2m and weighs 475kg and is very economic as it uses standard electricity supply.
