The company is owned by the majority shareholder Obeikan Group and minority shareholder Maderfibra Group.

The Group has, over the 90s and beginning of the new millenium, pioneered the use of medium density fiberboard as means of packaging and dedicated several years on the technological development of the unique system offered today by ObeikanMDF.
