Driscoll's starts with unique MDF packaging

Starting from June 2010 Driscoll’s of Europe starts with brand new packaging for strawberries with origin from the Benelux.

This new MDF (pressed wood) crate is super solid and creates a strong instore presentation. A prefect alternative for the wooden crates that are normally used for this purpose. The crate is produced from solid MDF and is specially treated against moisture.

This ensures a good quality during the whole process from picking to delivery. The colourful prints on the crate creates a added value in the shelf and it seems almost a permanent shelf presentation. The new packaging fits perfectly within Driscoll’s ambition to deliver only the finest berries. By doing this Driscoll’s continuously is looking for improvements of it’s own varieties and packaging...whether it concerns raspberries, strawberries, blackberries or blueberries...
