OBEIKAN MDF ESPAÑA, S.L.Unipersonal (herein after known as OBEIKAN MDF) declares its respect for and observance of the provisions contained in Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD). Therefore, it reports its data protection policy so that you may decide voluntarily whether you wish to provide personal data to Obeikan MDF.

MDF Obeikan also declares its compliance with the legal provisions contained in the Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, approving the Regulations implemented by the LOPD, and has established all the technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of data supplied by users to Obeikan MDF, notwithstanding that Internet security measures may not be impregnable.

Obeikan MDF, in accordance with current legislation, also informs you that the personal data you submit on a form will be collected in an automated personal data file owned by Obeikan MDF and which is placed under the responsibility of this company.

The data you provide to Obeikan MDF is required to manage, administer and provide services or information requested, to better understand your interests and tailor our services to your preferences and to offer new services and products in the future. Acceptance of the data incorporated into the file described above implies acceptance for MDF Obeikan to process data and communicate with other companies within the Obeikan Group inside and outside the European Economic Area, for the same purposes as described above, including providing data for logistics management entities for sending Obeikan MDF products, if any, and for administrative and statistical purposes. Please note that you may receive information or advertising from the sector.

By accepting, you also expressly agree that the data can be communicated to other companies for the management of marketing or advertising activities conducted by Obeikan MDF.

To integrate your data in the MDF file, Obeikan requires your consent, which can be provided through the acceptance of this privacy policy that is presented before each data request form, by choosing the option I HAVE READ AND EXPRESSLY ACCEPTED THE PRIVACY POLICY OF OBEIKAN MDF.

Except in areas where it is expressly stated otherwise, the answers to the questions about personal data are voluntary, and the lack of response to those questions does not imply a decrease in the quality of the services that you request.

In order to be able to adapt the services offered to your preferences and likes, MDF Obeikan uses cookies. The purpose of cookies from Obeikan MDF is to personalize the services we offer, providing information that may be of interest.
