System

The Obeikan packaging system starts life at the heart of nature, in the forest, where normally unusable tree cuttings from renewable plantations are used.  MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) is produced from the branches of trees and is the basis for the different parts of the box.

The design is then printed onto the different box parts before the box is assembled, then the box parts are shipped to the customer on pallets.

The assembly machines convert the pieces into a box on demand as required by production.  The fruit is packed into the boxes and the boxes stacked on pallets to create a solid transport mechanism.  The stacked pallet is then sent to the point of sale and unassembled as required - allowing the customers to take the box home.
