The assembly machine for the SE30 range is small (2.54m x 1.46m), light (650kg), economic (runs on standard AC power), and is very easy to operate.
Assembly machine
The assembly machine is based on the principles of pneumatic impact; it has a high performance and needs very little maintenance. The machine can assembly up to 1,000 packs per hour, with the capability of adjusting operating speed to any production line.
Once assembled, the packs integrate into the process of filling like any ordinary packaging solution. At the end of the filling process, the boxes can be sealed either by hand or by using the lid machine.
Lid machine
Like the assembly machine, the lid machine is based on pneumatic systems. The solutions where the lid machine is integrated has been designed for high performance and low maintenance. The lid machine has an operating speed of up to 1,000 lids per hour. With the available adjustments, the machines speed can be synchronized with the speed of the filling operation.
