Transportation
The Obeikan packaging system optimizes transportation. Eliminating the transportation of empty packs reduces costs.
The boxes are delivered unassembled from Obeikan MDF's factory, together with the assembly machine. Our clients enjoy optimized transport and storage costs, the unassembled boxes take up 7 times less space than final boxes.
The Obeikan pack is transported unassembled to its final destination, which results in a significant transportation cost saving. Normally a standard lorry can transport a maximum of 10,400 assembled boxes (20-30 2kg model). With the Obeikan system, the same lorry can transport 56,000 unassembled boxes.
The assembly machinery integrates seamlessly into any production line and the packers assemble boxes as required.
