System Objectives
The Obeikan packaging system comprises of MDF panels, printed & laminated paperboard and an assembly system that allows efficient transportation of the boxes to their place of use.
The customer's designs are printed onto the paperboard which is stuck to the pieces of MDF before being cut by laser.
The Obaiken assembly machines, installed in your factory, press the elements together to form the patented box, providing a solid pack for the distribution of fruits, other products and a wide range of other applications.
The assembled packs can be stacked in a pallet automatically forming a second level of packaging, without the need to use additional materials.
Objectives:
- Create a pack that respects the environment.
- The pack must have a highly positive impact on the consumer.
- It should be easy to use.
- The pack should protect and ventilate the product at the same time.
- The pack needs to be customizable to reflect and enhance brand image.
- The final product must be visible to the consumer.
- The packs must be stackable.
- The pack should reduce the need for secondary packaging support.
- The client should have the option of receiving unassembled pack parts at their destination for local assembly.
